We are in the Angling Times

Evening Gents and ladies.

Greenwood Fishery and Nature Reserve was today featured in a 3/4 double page spread article in the Angling Times.

The staff would like to thank Angling Times Senior Reporter Tony Grigorjevs and North West website blogger Adam Bowen for their time and support.

We are delighted you enjoyed your time at our fishery.

Find your fish?!!

Would any of you anglers consider using technology to locate where your fish are hiding? Rob Hughes uses his diving skills to tell us about what happens below the surface with your bait, in his series of Underwater Secrets. This is a little different as you don't need to get your toes wet, but The Deeper Fishfinder gives you a lot of insight and feedback.

Have a look of the video below showcasing the Deeper Fish Finder, that is used for catching big carp!

Pictures of your catches welcome!

At Greenwood Fishery and Nature Reserve, the bailiffs are always excited to hear about your recent catches.

Please email your recent catches to:  julianbailiff@hotmail.com  We are also interested in the species you have caught so here are some typical illustrations of what the various species look like for those anglers who are unsure of course species they can catch.

As a suggestion, would all anglers who email their catches, also include the weight of the fish, bait and method used. This would certainly give other visiting anglers the heads-up.

Regards,

The Bailiff Team

Your feedback and experience welcome.

As a new website, we welcome feedback from our anglers who visit us.

We have updated our weather widget situated at the bottom of each page, to an image to click through to the Weathercast website for Warrington area. This page will give you more weather information and hopefully the heads-up to catch more fish and make your experience with us more enjoyable.
